Returns

**Disregard return instructions on packing list, we no longer require a return authorization.

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Playcloths purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return for a refund, please follow the directions on the Return Form that came with your purchase. Please understand we can only accept returns on merchandise purchased from our online store. All items purchased on sale are final and non-refundable. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.

We do not accept international returns, including Canada.

**We do not accept Exchanges

For convenience, the Return Form is located in the box with your purchase along with the Packing List. It contains the full instructions and is to be completed and included with your return.  **NO REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS.
